Hinchman Racing Suits - Terms of Service

Hinchman Racing Suits offers custom and ready-made racing suits, apparel, and accessories for professional and amateur motorsport participants. All products are crafted to meet safety and performance standards.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Process: By placing an order on our website or through other methods, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • Pricing and Payment: Prices for our products are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payment must be completed before products are shipped.
  • Custom Orders: For custom racing suits, measurements and specifications must be provided accurately. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete customer-submitted information.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee that your order will be fulfilled.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We will process orders as quickly as possible and will provide you with an estimated shipping date. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products.
  • International Shipping: Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply to international orders.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order is damaged during shipping or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We accept returns on standard items (not custom-made) within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom Orders: Custom items, including custom-sized racing suits, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property on the website and products are owned by Hinchman Racing Suits or its affiliates. You are prohibited from using any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

6. User Accounts and Responsibilities
